• We introduce your child to their first words in French giving them a head start in language
• We develop their understanding of musical instruments, rhythms and beat through singing and musical performance
• We encourage them to sing and take part in musical performance
• We give parents and carers the opportunity to learn or brush-up your French enabling you to support your child’s language learning or use whilst on holiday in France!
Using traditional and specially composed fun and interactive educational songs and activities, each session is topic based with a clear progression in learning.
The playgroup is run and created by Barbara and Anthony who are both qualified teachers. Barbara is a French mother tongue teacher who has taught French to adults and children in Brighton and Hove for the past 15 years. Anthony is a qualified primary school teacher and a freelance composer for television, radio and other mediums.
